You don't need to use weights for exercises for larger arms. Water bottles or soup cans can be used as weights. For large muscle gains, you will need to work your arms to the point of failure. Although these techniques are not suitable for beginners they can be very effective. To build your arm muscles, follow these simple steps: * Perform the following home exercises to strengthen your arms:
o Leg swing: Start by standing straight, with your arms bent. Next, lift your palms up on either side. Keep your feet planted and move in a circular motion. Keep your core tight and squeeze your biceps during this exercise. Then, hold a barbell over your head, and then bend your knees to a 90 degree angle. Now, hold the weights above your head and pull them towards yourself.

* The Leg Swing: This involves moving one leg backward and lifting the other. Leg swings should be performed with your triceps in mind, not your biceps. Handstands require you to keep the weight above your head. You should hold your biceps tightly and then slowly lower them to the floor. These exercises are effective in building bigger arms without weights.
o The handstand involves you putting your arm behind your back. To hold the other arm up, you must stand parallel to the ground while simultaneously holding the other hand. This makes your forearms less able to support your weight. This will allow you to strengthen your biceps as well as your arms. To do biceps curls, hold the vacuum cleaner with one hand.
The armstand - This is an exercise that works larger arms. You can use dumbbells, or any other equipment at your home. For example, you can use a brick, a can of soup, or a water bottle. One hand can be used to perform this exercise, provided you have a straight back. It will strengthen your biceps, and improve your overall body posture.

One-arm pushups: This is the best way to increase your biceps strength without using weights. For this exercise, extend your elbows outwards and use your biceps as a support for the object. This will force your biceps to compensate for the missing support. You can also do it with just one arm if you are having trouble. Aside from being an excellent arm workout, the handstand will make you look good.
